All mortgage related appraisals will be completed on Fannie Mae/Freddie Mack approved forms with attached subject improvement sketch, plat map, area map, flood zone forms & map (if applicable), comment sheet and statement of limiting conditions. All appraisals will adhere to Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac guidelines as prescribed. (Not applicable for private appraisals.)
